CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY

All class registrations with The Fragrance Alliance Network (FAN) are final. Once payment is submitted, no cancellations, refunds, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances. This policy applies to all in-person and virtual classes, workshops, and events.

In the rare event that FAN must cancel or reschedule a class, registered participants will be notified promptly and offered an alternative date or full credit toward a future session.

By completing registration, participants acknowledge and agree to this no-cancellation, no-refund policy.
