- Market & Expectations: realistic volumes, timelines, financial outlook, and industry shows to attend.
- Fragrance Creation: writing a professional brief, working with perfumers, sourcing naturals vs. synthetics, and exclusivity.
- Packaging & Bottle Design: stock vs. custom bottles, caps, pumps, labels, and how to create your own bottle.
- Branding & Marketing: storytelling, benchmarks (“what brands I share with”), building community, PR, influencers, and launch buzz.
- Workshop Outcome: students walk away with a Fragrance Brand Concept Deck (brand DNA, hero fragrance brief, packaging direction, and positioning statement).
