If you’re a beginner and want to start understanding perfumery materials, this course is for you. This is where the real learning begins. This course is split into 3 modules.

We’ll smell, talk, compare, and train the nose to notice what most people never do,  movement, texture, lift, depth, warmth, coolness, brightness. You’ll start to see how an ingredient behaves on a blotter, how it changes over time, and how your brain quietly starts connecting patterns.

A session of  just guided smelling, clear language, and the early instincts that build a real nose. We’ll explore why some things feel airy and others feel grounded, how ingredients “link” ideas together, and how much sharper your senses get when you slow down and pay attention.

The goal? Learning to break smells down, not guessing, not relying on memory alone, but actually understanding what’s happening. We build that skill one session at a time, until your nose starts organizing information on its own.

A grounded, practical introduction to smelling with intention.
