In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore the delicate structure of melon & Watermelon accords, with a focus on honeydew, cantaloupe; notes that combine soft sweetness, watery freshness, and green rind in equal measure.
We'll analyze classic materials as well as supporting players You'll learn to construct a melon accord from scratch, tune its texture, and explore its use
